In Which I Make It All About You
because I am taking the weekend to get completely out of myself and caught up on all of your wonderful fun and writing and reportage and reviews and news, insights, gossip and wisdom.
Tell me everything.
Then on Monday it'll all be back to business as usual. In the meantime let Pete know any musical theater references are limited to the LPs I had as a kid and I didn't get out much then either. Bianca, if Gregory really wants to be mentioned so he can google himself, then he'll have to do something 1904-ish, and yes, apparently Pamela Churchill-Heyward-Harriman really did get around. E and M -- hope you're still behaving yourself on that cruise -- remember, there's nowhere to run when you're out at sea!
Word to the wise: don't tell your step-daughter you have no idea what happened to her mother's pearls that were in the vault when you've been photographed wearing them.
Go to http://www.postoftheweek.com/ this coming week and nominate a blogger's efforts. It's a British site and leans toward the literary, but we can all afford to expand our horizons, can't we. Some of the nominees are wicked smart and clever too.
UPDATE! Hey, the announcement of the Short List for the first 2008 Post of the Week has just been announced! Thanks to all of you who nominated 1904. No, I did not make the list. No cigar!
Still loving you all to pieces,
